Mont\u00e9es de genoux, talons aux fesses, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations sur 10m.<\/p>\n<p>Durant cette derni\u00e8re heure, <strong>boire 0.5 L d\u2019eau par petites gorg\u00e9es<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Prendre un peu de <strong>sucre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u2019il fait tr\u00e8s chaud<\/strong>, abritez vous au maximum des rayons du soleil.
